SET YOUR GOAL :
A persuasive video starts with a thorough preparation. Think carefully: what’s the message you want to share with your viewers? Do you want to introduce your company briefly or do you want to share your latest products and promotions? Determine the objective of your webinar and act accordingly.

TEXT AND IMAGE :
We suggest English as the preferred language of the videos.
Keep your viewers interested and add some images that appeal to your audience. Perhaps some pictures of your latest projects or products? Or give your viewers some key words during your presentation. Ideally, you’ll use Microsoft PowerPoint during your webinar. There you can add photos and keywords. Meanwhile, think about what you’ll be saying during your presentation.

VIDEO PREPARATION :
Find yourself a quiet place to record your webinar. Provide a good laptop or computer with a webcam, microphone and stable internet connection. Make sure no one will bother you during the recording and that there is no background noise. Oh, make sure to comb your hair, because we’ll be filming the host of the webinar as well.

SHORT AND POWERFULL:
Keep your 3 video’s short and powerful (9 min. to maximum 15 min each video). Surprise your viewers with fun information and avoid long texts that you just read. Use your voice and intonation to put accents in your presentations. That way you’ll keep viewers fascinated and interested in your story.

AND... ACTION :
Time for action. Once you’re in front of the screen and opened your PowerPoint presentation, you’re ready to record your webinar.

If you work with Windows, you can easily record live (including yourself on webcam) using Microsoft PowerPoint. More information is found in the comments below this video.
